LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Milton Mayor and Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 6:30p.m., in the Milton Public Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, Delaware.
The purpose of said hearing is to receive comments regarding proposed changes to Chapter 220, Zoning. Article VII Signage § 220-62 Definitions and § 220-63 General Regulations, Paragraph G. Political Signs.
All interested parties are invited to attend and comment. If unable to attend the public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall, but must be received prior to 5 p.m. on the day of the public hearing.
