Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 6:30p.m., in the Milton Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, Delaware to discuss Ordinance 2018-010, which relates to proposed amendments within Town Code Chapter 220 entitled “Zoning” in Article IV entitled “Zoning Use and Overlay Districts” pertaining to activities prohibited in all districts.
Ordinance 2018-010 can be viewed at Milton Town Hall or on the towns website: www.milton.delaware.gov

All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on this item. If unable to attend this public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall until 4:00pm on March 4, 2019. Comments are also being accepted on a proposed Town of Milton Charter amendment related to contracts and supplemental assessments. The Mayor and Town Council approved the Resolution and Charter amendment: Resolution 2019-004 Charter Amendment and Charter House Bill. However, the Town will consider any comment prior to requesting that the Bill be introduced at the State Legislature.
