FAST will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2019. In addition to crafts, face painting, and a raffle, there will be a meet and greet with Elsa, Anna and Olaf. Cost is 15.00 per person with children under 3 FREE. The event will be held at HOB Elementary School, 402 Mulberry Street, Milton, DE with seatings from 9 am until 11:30 am.
