The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) and the Town of Milton will host a public information meeting to discuss the proposed Milton Rail Trail, Phase II project. This project involves the conversion of a decommissioned railroad corridor to a multi-use path from Federal Street to Lavinia Street and the reconstruction of a timber bridge across the Ingram Branch. Phase II will connect to the Milton Rail Trail Phase I, an existing multi-use pathway extending from Chestnut Street to Federal Street. The purpose of this workshop is to present details of the project and gather community feedback on the project design.

Interested persons are invited to express their views either online or in writing, giving reasons for support or opposition to the project. Comments will be received during the workshop or can be mailed to DelDOT Community Relations, P.O. Box 778, Dover, DE 19903 or emailed to dotpr@state.de.us.
