LEGAL NOTICE

 Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019, at 6:30p.m., in the Milton Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, Delaware.  The purpose of said hearing is to receive public comments on behalf of the Milton Fire Department, Inc. related to their application for tax-free financing on the construction of an addition and renovations project at the existing fire station located at 116 Front Street, Milton, DE. 19968.

All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on this item.  If unable to attend this public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall until 4:00 p.m. on March 18, 2019.  Said hearing may be adjourned without further notice.  If there are any questions, please contact Town Hall at (302) 684-4110.
