Notice is hereby given that the Town of Milton Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 1:00p.m., in the Milton Theatre, 110 Union Street, Milton, Delaware to discuss the following item:
Review and update of the Town of Milton’s Comprehensive Plan. The main topic of this hearing will be a discussion of the Town’s Cultural Resources. Discussions on other Comprehensive Plan related elements will be held if time permits.
A copy of the current Comprehensive Plan is available for public inspection at Town Hall located at 115 Federal Street during the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday and on the Town of Milton website (www.milton.delaware.gov). All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on this item. If unable to attend this public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall, but must be received prior to the public hearing. Said hearing may be adjourned without further notice.
