Attorney General Beau Biden believes in the saying that “sunshine is the best disinfectant.” He is committed to enforcing Delaware’s Freedom of Information Act and ensuring that Delawareans receive the information that they deserve access to under the law.
To help educate members of the public, government officials and government employees about their rights and responsibilities under Delaware’s open government laws, Biden launched the FOIA Roadshow presentations in 2014. The presentations are given by attorneys from Biden’s office who specialize in Freedom of Information Act issues, cover a wide range of FOIA topics and include a question-and-answer session.
A FOIA Roadshow has been scheduled in Milton on December 8, 2014 at 6:30pm in the Milton Library.
