Notice is hereby given that the Town of Milton Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 6:30p.m., in the Milton Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, Delaware to discuss the following item:
Amendments to the Town Charter, Section 29, Enumeration of Powers
All interested parties are invited to attend and comment on this item. If unable to attend this public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall, but must be received prior to the public hearing. Said hearing may be adjourned without further notice.
