Project updates: Throughout the month of November, Artesian will be working on Tilney Street to complete wastewater infrastructure installation; a portion of Tilney Street will be closed to through traffic. Weather permitting, the Towns Chestnut Street rehabilitation project continues into the beginning of November; we ask that there be no parking on Chestnut Street, from Coulter Street to New Street. Water main work in the area of Mill Street and Walnut Street will also continue into November. Should water service be disrupted, a CodeRed call will be sent to the affected area. TOWN OFFICES CLOSED TO PUBLIC ACCESS

Based on the State of Emergency declarations and information available from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Division of Public Health, the Town of Milton is closing to public access beginning at 8:30am on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.  These measures are in place to decrease the spread of COVID-19 all while maintaining Town services.

Residents are encouraged to follow all communications from Federal and State Agencies to slow the spread of COVID-19.  The Town will be taking any and all necessary steps to protect our employees and our community.

Until further notice, payments can be made online through OfficialPayments.com (jurisdiction code 1809), mailed, or placed in the mail-slot in the back-door of Town Hall.

Information that needs to be provided to a Town employee can also be placed through the mail-slot in the back door of Town Hall or submitted via email.  Town staff will continue to work on-site while offices remain closed to the public; the issuance of building permits can be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. .  Police and Public Works will continue to respond to calls for service.  Essential in-person meetings with Town staff may be arranged by appointment only.
