Project updates: Throughout the month of December work will continue by Artesian on Tilney Street and Mulberry Street to complete wastewater infrastructure installation; a portion of Tilney Street will be closed to through traffic. The Towns project of water main work in the area of Mill Street and Walnut Street also continues into December. Street sweeping will take place 12/4 and the week of 12/15-12/18.  Nomination deadline is March 22, 2024

                           The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton are accepting letters of recommendation for the 2024 Citizen of the Year and the 2024 Lifetime Volunteer Award. Nominees must be residents of the Town of Milton who have demonstrated exceptional volunteer commitment. The deadline is Friday, March 22, 2024.

 Nomination letters must include a supporting explanation of how the nominee has contributed significantly to the Milton community during the past year, or a “lifetime”. 

                 Letters can be mailed to “2024 Citizen of the Year” or “2024 Lifetime Volunteer Award”, Attn: Kristy Rogers, Town Manager, 115 Federal Street, Milton, DE 19968; dropped off at Town Hall; or emailed to Kristy Rogers (krogers@ci.milton.de.us).
