Project updates: Throughout the month of November, Artesian will be working on Tilney Street to complete wastewater infrastructure installation; a portion of Tilney Street will be closed to through traffic. Weather permitting, the Towns Chestnut Street rehabilitation project continues into the beginning of November; we ask that there be no parking on Chestnut Street, from Coulter Street to New Street. Water main work in the area of Mill Street and Walnut Street will also continue into November. Should water service be disrupted, a CodeRed call will be sent to the affected area. Citizen of the Year & Lifetime Volunteer Award

 Nomination deadline is March 22, 2022

                           The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton are currently accepting letters of recommendation for 2022 Citizen of the Year, and 2022 Lifetime Volunteer Award. Nominees must be residents of the Town of Milton who have demonstrated exceptional volunteer commitment. The deadline is Tuesday, March 22, 2022.

 Nomination letters must include a supporting explanation on how the nominee has displayed significant contributions to the Milton community during the past year, or a “lifetime”. 

                 Letters can be mailed to “2022 Citizen of the Year” or “2022 Lifetime Volunteer Award”, Attn: Kristy Rogers, Town Manager, 115 Federal Street, Milton, DE 19968; dropped off at Town Hall; or emailed to Kristy Rogers (krogers@ci.milton.de.us).
