Project updates: Throughout the month of November, Artesian will be working on Tilney Street to complete wastewater infrastructure installation; a portion of Tilney Street will be closed to through traffic. Weather permitting, the Towns Chestnut Street rehabilitation project continues into the beginning of November; we ask that there be no parking on Chestnut Street, from Coulter Street to New Street. Milton participates for the second year, in “Turn the Towns Teal”

September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.  Milton participated in the national campaign to promote awareness of ovarian cancer and its symptoms by hanging teal ribbons on light poles, signs, and trees along Federal and Union Streets, and in Memorial Park. We are thankful for the volunteers that assisted in raising awareness of this deadly women’s disease.  Know the symptoms: visit http://www.deovariancancer.org
