Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 6:30p.m., in the Milton Public Library, 121 Union Street, Milton, Delaware.
The purpose of said hearing is to receive comments regarding the proposed Ordinances Nos. 2017-009 and 2017-010, and any amendments thereto, making revisions to Chapter 220, Zoning. Article VIII, Signage § 220-62 (Definitions), § 220-63 (Signs Restricted, Temporary Signs, Political Signs) and § 220-70 (Substitutions).

The purpose of said hearing is to receive comments regarding the proposed increases to the Town of Milton’s water usage rate, availability fee and impact fee.
All interested parties are invited to attend and comment. If unable to attend the public hearing, written comments will be accepted at Town Hall, but must be received prior to 5 p.m. on the day of the public hearing.
