The Tilney Street water main replacement project will begin tomorrow, May 21, and is expected to take a few weeks. While crews are in the area, please try to avoid travel on Tilney Street to minimize impact to staff, equipment use, and access to driveways. Water service will remain active during the project until such time when the new water main is approved for connection to the Town's system. A CodeRed notice will be made at such time when water service will be affected. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve the water system. The Greater Milton Chamber of Commerce announces the First Annual Milton & Harbeson Restaurant Week, May 7-13, 2023.

Milton and Harbeson restaurants invite locals and visitors to “Eat. Drink. Repeat! Feast Your Way Through Milton & Harbeson Restaurant Week May 7-13, 2023.” Coordinated by the Greater Milton Chamber of Commerce, patrons are invited to dine at member restaurants and breweries throughout the region. While dining, they can sign up for a chance to win a $200 gift card compliments of Jeanine O’Donnell, State Farm Insurance.

According to Karen Falk, Executive Director of The Greater Milton Chamber, “The fabric of the Milton and Harbeson region is made up of many award-winning entrepreneurs with accolades from “Best of Delaware” to the James Beard Award. Our restaurant week is taking place during the 40th Anniversary of National Travel and Tourism Week, and we welcome all to discover what makes our region so unique while supporting our local businesses. This is our first restaurant week, and we look forward to expanding this initiative in the coming years.”

Confirmed restaurants include, Irish Eyes, Milton; Zava Café, Milton, The Milton Dough Bar, Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen, Po’ Boys Creole, The Nook, Titanic Pizzeria, Revelation Beer Garden at Hudson Fields, Kings Homemade Ice Cream, Milton; Overstuffed Sandwiches, The Milton Theatre, Tequila Real, Sydney’s Restaurant and Lounge, Pizza Machine, Twin Branches Winery and The Brimming Horn Meadery. More restaurants are being added daily.
